HelpDesk Engineer II

We need a great Level II Helpdesk Engineer to join our team. You will work in our really cool but geeky downtown office and will provide IT support to medical offices and healthcare companies throughout the state. The majority of our service is provided remotely but you will have the opportunity to go on site.

Qualifications are pretty straight forward. You have to have the skills and desire to be the best Level II Helpdesk Engineer on the planet.

Duties include:

● Provide remote support to clients across the Pacific Northwest

● Find root cause and proactive solutions to problems to solve issues before they impact clients

● Provide a high level of customer service

● Participate in and complete IT projects

● Provide onsite support for clients in the Portland Metro area

● Maintain ticket queue and ticket performance in compliance with LightPoint SLA

● Maintain client documentation

Systems Engineer

Are you an experienced Systems Administrator or Server and Network Engineer looking for your next challenge? LightPoint is growing and we need a great Systems Engineer to join our team. You will work in our really cool but geeky downtown office and will provide high level infrastructure support to medical offices and healthcare companies throughout the state. The majority of our service is provided remotely but you will have the opportunity to go on site. LightPoint is the leading provider of IT services for medical offices and we want you to join our team to move our clients into the future.

Qualifications are pretty straight forward. We’re looking for a pro with experience working on mission critical equipment. This is a challenging position for a system administrator or network engineer who is looking to join an established, but still entrepreneurial company and take their career to the next level.

If you have the skills and desire to be the best engineer that is a great start. Experience with the following will help.

● Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows servers, including automation of common configuration and setup procedures

● Experience Cloud Infrastructure including Azure, Office 365, AWS, or Google Cloud.

● Working knowledge of Juniper, Cisco and other network quadrant leader’s products and services

● Experience in implementation and administration of infrastructure services such as SQL, IIS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Active Directory

● Experience in implementation and administration of WAN infrastructure such as SD-WAN, Firewalls, and Routers.

● Experience in implementation and administration of storage devices (NAS & SAN).

● Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages

● Strong foundation in Systems Administration principles, including systems automation, change management, documentation, etc.

Level II Helpdesk Engineer and EHR Specialist in Salem, Oregon

We need a great Level II Helpdesk Engineer and Electronic Health Record Specialist to join our team in Salem. You will work onsite with one of our fantastic Salem clients provide IT support for their team. You will be backed up by our other Salem staff, our Portland Engineers, and our wonderful folks spread around the state.

Duties include:

● Provide onsite Desktop IT and Electronic Health Record support for a wonderful medical office in Salem

● Find root cause and proactive solutions to problems to solve issues before they impact providers and staff

● Provide a high level of customer service and a fantastic client experience

● Work with multiple vendors to diagnose and solve problems

● Participate in and complete IT projects

● Escalate issue up to the server team or directly to the remote support team as necessary

● Maintain ticket queue and ticket performance in compliance with LightPoint SLA

● Maintain client documentation and become an expert on client systems and processes

● Participate in IT planning meetings

● Thoroughly learn and understand our client’s systems and goals

Compensation: Salary to $65,000 per year + Bonus + 401k Match + Healthcare
